Rubber plug be feeding through the libration hopper by four orbits enter,with plug lack checking sensor on orbit.When plug lack machine stop automatically,plug happen machine automatically recover production.Manipulator snatch at plug each time snatch at four,plug service position put the plug through bottom insert upgrade,plug depth 3mm(from nozzle to plug bottom),assure rubber plug exactitude insert insert Rubber plug be controllen by insert cam.The cartridges with rubber plug move on the plug location checking service position,suppose non plug the cartridges will be eliminated automatically.
